Multi-phase quadrature domains and a related minimization problem (Q300443): Difference between revisions

Motivated by previous work on free and moving boundary problems, the authors introduce the concept of problems admitting multi-phase quadrature domains. They prove a number of qualitative properties of the solutions to such problems and then discuss also the possibility of occurrence of (multi-) junction points.
