Nonlocal elliptic problems in infinite cylinder and applications (Q317068): Difference between revisions

The author considers unique solvability of nonlocal elliptic problems in an infinite cylinder in weighted spaces and in Hölder spaces. These results permit to prove the existence and uniqueness of classical solutions for the Vlasov-Poisson equations with nonlocal conditions in an infinite cylinder for sufficiently small initial data.
