The main result of this paper relates two models of \((\infty,n)\)-categories. Theorem A: There is an adjunction of \(\infty\)-categories between the \(\infty\)-category of Rezk's complete Segal \(\Theta_n\)-spaces and the \(\infty\)-category of \(n\)-complicial sets. Theorem 4.16 proves that this adjunction is compatible with homotopy theory, in the sense that it is a Quillen adjunction. The main ingredient for proving Theorem A is Theorem B, which proves that the Roberts-Street nerve commutes with suspension.
