The paper concerned with the problem on stability of the zero solution to functional-differential equations with infinite delay with respect to a pair of admissible phase spaces of \textit{J. K. Hale} and \textit{J. Kato} [Funkc. Ekvacioj, Ser. Int. 21, 11-41 (1978; Zbl 0383.34055)]. Five theorems on sufficient conditions for asymptotic stability are given in terms of Lyapunov-Krasovskii (L-K) functionals. Two of these results are obtained by using a notion of the one-parameter family of L-K functionals introduced in the paper. The main result is applied to the scalar equation \(\dot x=-a(t)x(t)+\int_{-\infty}^{0}g(t,s,x(t+s)) ds\), where \(0<a(t)<\alpha\), \(\alpha=\text{const}\), \(\int_{t}^{t+T}a(s) ds\to\infty\) as \(T\to\infty\) uniformly in \(t>0\), \(g\) is continuous and \(|g(t,s,u)|\leq a(t)m(s)|u|\), \(\int_{-\infty}^{0}m(s) ds<1\), and \(\int_{-\infty}^{0}m(s)e^{-\gamma s} ds<\infty\) for \(\gamma>0\). The uniform asymptotic stability of the trivial solution with respect to admissible spaces \(C_{\gamma}\) and \(R\) is proved by using Lyapunov function \(W=\phi^{2}(0)\), where the space \(C_{\gamma}\) consists of continuous on \((-\infty,0]\) functions having a limit \(\lim\phi(s)e^{\gamma s}\) as \(s\to-\infty\).
