This paper studies poly-symplectic groupoids, which are natural extensions of symplectic groupoids and introduces the notion of poly-Poisson structures. Let us recall that poly-symplectic structures arise in the geometric formulation of Classical Field Theories and that Iglesias has recently introduced a generalization of Poisson structures in the context of poly-geometry by considering the inverse structures of poly-symplectic forms. In this work, the author gives a new viewpoint by considering the relationship between symplectic groupoids and Poisson manifolds. He obtains equivalent descriptions of poly-Poisson structures, including one related with AV-Dirac structures. The symmetries and the reduction in this framework are also investigated. Applying the Hamiltonian reduction, the author describes integration of quotients of an integrable poly-Poisson manifold. The results of Iglesias are then recovered and some extension is discussed.
