In this paper, the authors introduce new examples of differentiable manifolds carrying a slice-regular structure, i.e., an atlas composed of slice-regular functions. The definition of slice regularity is due to Gentili and Struppa, while the notion in several variables was given by Ghiloni and Perotti. The authors give some conditions under which a Hopf manifold possesses a slice-regular atlas. For these manifolds, they explicitly compute the group of automorphisms and analyze the possible deformations. The paper contains several explicit computations and gives a number of possible generalizations.
