Interpolation of discrete periodic data
From MaRDI portal
An interpolation of discrete periodic data is studied. As smoothing functional is taken the sum of squares of differences of \(r\)-order. Solution of this problem is based on the discrete Fourier transform. Finally, a behavior of this solution for \(r\to\infty\) is shown.
