The completeness problem for clones of cooperations defined on a two-element set is solved in a framework different from that used by \textit{B. Csákány} [Acta Sci. Math. 48, 75--84 (1985; Zbl 0593.08004)]: The rather esoteric apparatus of coidentities and cohyperidentities also serves to separate some but not all pairs of clones of cooperations, in contrast to the situation with clones of operations and identities.
