    Let \(L\) be the Sobolev space \(L^{2}_{s}(\mathbb{R}^{n})\) for \(s > n/2\) or the Besov space \(B^{2,1}_{n/2}(\mathbb{R}^{n})\). For \(m \in \mathcal{S}'(\mathbb{R}^{n})\), if \( \sup_{j} \|\psi(\cdot) m(2^{j} \cdot) \|_{L} < \infty\), where \(\psi\) is the cut-off function, then \(m(D)\) is bounded on \(L^{p}(\mathbb{R}^{n})\) for \(1 < p < \infty\). These are some extensions of the well-known Mihlin multiplier theorem. In this paper, the author shows that, for \(s > 0\) and \(m \in \mathcal{S}'(\mathbb{R}^{n})\), if \(L\) is replaced by the modulation space \(M^{2,1}_{s}\), then \(m(D)\) is bounded on the Hardy space \(H^{1}(\mathbb{R}^{n})\).
