Logarithmic étale cohomology (Q1364559)

We generalize basic theorems in the étale cohomology, including proper base change theorem (SGA4, XII 5.1), Künneth formula (SGA4, XVII 5.4.3) and Poincaré duality (over a fixed ground field, cf. SGA4, XVIII 3.2.5, 3.2.6), for schemes to those in the log étale cohomology for schemes with log structures (= log schemes) in the sense of Fontaine-Illusie.
