Logarithmic étale cohomology. II. (Q2357482)

As a continuation of Part I [Math. Ann. 308, No. 3, 365--404 (1997; Zbl 0877.14016)] on Kummer log étale site, the author defines a new site on an fs log scheme generated by Kummer log étale covering and log blowups, so-called the full log étale site. By reducing to the Kummer case, the author studies some fundamental properties of the full log étale cohomology: proper base change theorem, cohomological dimension, finiteness, Künneth formula, purity and Poincaré duality. The author also presents Kato's direct proofs of the proper and log smooth base change theorems.
