A (right) nearring (nr) \(N\) is weakly divisible (wd) if for \(a,b\in N\) there exists \(x\in N\) such that \(xa=b\) or \(xb=a\). Classical examples are left chain rings (for connections see also Dubrovin valutation rings and the cones of ordered semigroup theory). A choosing-orbit-representatives construction for \(0\)-symmetic wd nrs is given to obtain all such nrs \(N\) with ACC and DCC on \(N\)-subgroups (and a fine description of their structure). A \(0\)-symmetric nr \(N\) with ACC and DCC on \(N\)-subgroups is wd iff \(\{k\in N\mid Nk\not= N\}\) is a proper \(N\)-subgroup and an \(N\)-homomorphic image of \(N\). Very interesting and natural examples are given, also recalling previous results of Benini, Morini and Pellegrini.
