The authors study a model of cubic interaction between two scalar fields with a scattering resonance. The resonance is determined by two poles of the analytic continuation of the Green function with respect to the energy. The Gamow vectors associated to these resonances acquire the meaning in a suitable rigged Fock spaces. Some properties of the \(S\)-matrix for unstable fields are discussed.
