On the fine Simpson moduli spaces of 1-dimensional sheaves supported on plane quartics (Q1643971)

This article gives an explicit description of \(M=M_{4m-1}(\mathbb P^2)\), the fine Simpson moduli space of stable \(1\)-dimensional sheaves on a projective space (over an algebraically closed field of characteristic \(0\)) supported on plane quartics: \(M\) is a blow-down of a blow-up of a projective bundle over a smooth moduli space of Kronecker modules. The author firstly gives a geometric explanation of the result and then a rigorous proof, providing a common parameter space for the two strata of \(M\) described in [\textit{J.-M. Drézet} and \textit{M. Maican}, Geom. Dedicata 152, 17--49 (2011; Zbl 1236.14012)].
