The authors study the existence of a positive solution to the Dirichlet problem \[ - {\mathcal M}^+_{\lambda, \Lambda} = \frac{\mu k(x) f(u)}{u^\alpha} - \eta h(x) u^q \] in a smooth domain \(\Omega\), where \({\mathcal M}\) is the extremal Pucci operator, \(0<\alpha\), \(q<1\), \(\mu\) and \(\eta\) are nonnegative parameters, and \(h, k\) and \(f\) are suitable operators. The authors uses the sub and super viscousity solution method and comparison principles to establish the existence of a unique viscosity solutions. The positiveness of the solution comes separately studying the case \(f(0)>0\), \(f(0)=0\) and \(f(0)<0\).
