Let \(M\) be a closed Fano symplectic manifold with a semifree Hamiltonian circle action with isolated maximum. In this paper, using Hamiltonian circle actions, some certain nonvanishing Gromov-Witten invariants were found, that estimate the Gromov width from above. In addition, this method was be used to estimate the Hofer-Zehnder capacity \(c_{HZ}\). In Section 2, was introduced results by McDuff and Tolman on the Seidel representation. After proof main theorems in Section 3 in Section 4, was computed the Gromov width and the Hofer-Zehnder capacity of the product of complex Grassmannians. In conclusion some examples are given, which show that these assumptions cannot be removed.
