The author considers the interface in the FK-representation of the 1D quantum Ising model and shows that, in the limit, it converges to the SLE$_{16/3}$ curve. The author generalizes some classical notions and constructs new tools. The author defines the Green's function on the semi-discrete lattice, gives the notion of \(s\)-holomorphicity. The author proves that the fermionic observable is \(s\)-holomorphic. A proof of the RSW property by the second-moment method is given. The author proves the conformal invariance of the critical quantum Ising model in the sense that the limit of $\gamma_{\delta}$, when $\delta$ goes to 0, is conformally invariant. The author introduces the semi-discrete complex analysis. The author defines the notion of \(s\)-holomorphicity, differential operators and integration which are analogous to the continuum ones. The author also studies counterparts of some classical objects and problems, e.g., Brownian motion and the Dirichlet boundary problem. The author defines the (para-)fermionic observable $\mathcal{F}_{\delta}$ in the FK-representation. It is shown that it is \(s\)-holomorphic. The author investigates the convergence theorem and identifies the interface in the limit with an SLE curve. In addition, the author establishes RSW-type crossing bounds by a second-moment method inspired by \textit{H. Duminil-Copin} et al. [Commun. Pure Appl. Math. 64, No. 9, 1165--1198 (2011; Zbl 1227.82015)]. The paper contains an appendix: Computation of residues.
