The main aim of the author is to discuss two problems concerning the existence of a single test module by comparing them with similar questions. In section 2, the author provides more backgrounds for these questions. In section 3, they first study domains \(R\) over which all strongly flat \(R\)-modules are Whitehead. They prove the main theorem which connects those three questions under the condition that \(K\) is Matlis-cotorsion. As a consequence, they exhibit domains \(R\) over which torsion-free Whitehead \(R\)-modules and strongly flat \(R\)-modules coincide. In section 4, they obtain several analogous results to the main theorem under stronger conditions than `\(K\) is Matlis-cotorsion'. Finally, they settle a long-standing question whether or not the weak-injectivity of the single \(K\) guarantees the weak-injectivity of all \(h\)-divisible \(R\)-modules.
