``The first step towards Theorem 1.1 (the main local result) is a detailed study of the moduli space of Kisin modules with descent datum. Step(2) amounts to constructing local coordinates for the Pappas-Zink local model for (GL\(_3\), \(\mu=(2,1,0)\), Iwahari model) and requires a more systematic approach to the \(p\)-adic convergence algorithm. Step(3) requires a genuinely new method not presented in the tamely Baretti-Tate case where the link between moduli of finite flat group schemes and Galois representations is stronger.'' ``Using Kisin-Taylor-Wiles patching methods, the local information on the Galois deformation spaces leads to new modularity results and the Serre weight conjectures (see Section 7).''
