The author considers the function \[ s(z)= \lim_{n\to\infty}\,\sum_{\substack{\rho\\ 0<\text{Im\,}\rho< T_n}} {\zeta^2({\rho\over 2}) e^{{z\rho\over 2}}\over 2\zeta'(\rho)}, \] where \(\rho\) are the non-trivial zeros of the Riemann zeta-fuction (which are assumed to be simple; in general case the terms are more complicated) and \(T_n\) is a suitably chosen sequence. This function \(s(z)\) is holomorphic in the upper half-plane, it can be meromorphic continued and has a functional equation. It has a development, in which the numbers of square-free divisors of the natural numbers \(n\) appear. As an application he gives a new proof of the classical explicit formula for \(\sum_{n\leq x}\Theta(n)\).
