It is proved that if \(x: {\mathbf M} \to {\mathbf S}^{n+1}\) \((n\geq 3)\) is a flat Möbius hypersurface and not generic, the Möbius form of \(x\) vanishes. All such hypersurfaces are classified. A hypersurface in \({\mathbf S}^4\) is called generic if its Möbius second fundamental form has three distinct non-constant eigenvalues.
