The multiple orthogonal polynomials associated with modified Bessel functions \(K_\nu\) were first introduced by \textit{W. Van Assche} and \textit{S. B. Yakubovich} [Integral Transforms Spec. Funct. 9, No.3, 229--244 (2000; Zbl 0959.42016)] and were also studied by the reviewer and \textit{K. Douak} [Methods Appl. Anal. 7, 641--662 (2000; Zbl 1009.33014)] and \textit{E. Coussement} and \textit{W. Van Assche} [J. Comput. Appl. Math. 133, No.1-2, 253--261 (2001; Zbl 0984.33004)] where generating functions for these polynomials were obtained. In this paper, the authors derive several substantially more general families of bilinear, bilateral, and mixed multilateral finite-series relationships and generating functions for multiple orthogonal polynomials associated with the modified Bessel functions \(K_\nu\). From the main result, the authors deduce also a class of bilateral generating functions for the generalized Bessel polynomials \(y_m(z;\alpha,\beta)= {}_2F_0\left(-m,\alpha+m-1;-;{-x\over \beta}\right)\).
