In this paper the author studies Goodwillie's calculus of homotopy functors. She obtains a new model for the constructions \(\text{T}_nF\) which are used as a step towards calculating the polynomial approximations \(\text{P}_nF\) of suitable functors \(F\) from spaces to spaces or to spectra. Her model gives rise to a family of towers that filters the Taylor tower of \(F\). The author then shows that there is an equivalence between the homotopy inverse limits of these towers and the homotopy inverse limits of certain cosimplicial resolutions. This equivalence yields a new construction for the homotopy inverse limit \(P_{\infty}F\) of the Taylor tower of \(F\).
