This paper consider the simplicity of the generalized Verma module of an untwisted affine Lie superalgebra \(\mathcal{G}\) based on one of the finite dimensional Lie superalgebras \(\mathfrak{gl}(m,n), \mathfrak{sl}(m,n)\) with \(m\neq n\), \(\mathfrak{osp}(m,n)\), \(D(2,1,a)\), \(G(3)\) or \(F(4)\). A generalized Verma module means a \(\mathcal{G}\)-module induced from a simple module of its parabolic subalgebra. The authors carefully discuss the parabolic set in the root system of those affine Lie superalgebra and the corresponding parabolic subalgebras since the Borel subalgebras are not necessarily conjugate in Lie superalgebra case. The concrete example about \(\mathfrak{osp}(2,4)^{\hat{}}\) is helpful for understanding the notion of a parabolic partition. The paper concludes with a simplicity criterion of a generalized Verma \(\mathcal{G}\)-module. Namely, if a generalized Verma \(\mathcal{G}\)-module \(M\) is induced from the module \(N\) of its parabolic subalgebra \(\mathcal{P}\), then \(M\) is simple if and only if \(N\) is simple over certain subalgebra of \(\mathcal{P}\).
