The Shephard type problems and monotonicity for \(L_{p}\)-mixed centroid body (Q2018711)

Let \(S^n_o\) be the set of star bodies about the origin in the Euclidean space \(\mathbb{R}^n\). For every \(K\in S^n_o\) and \(p\geq 1\), \textit{E. Lutwak} and \textit{G. Zhang} [J. Differ. Geom. 47, No. 1, 1--16 (1997; Zbl 0906.52003)] defined the \(L_p\)-centroid body of \(K\), which is an origin-symmetric convex body. Ma introduced the notion of \(L_p\)-mixed centroid body of \(K\) (in a paper published in Chinese) which is a slight modification of \(L_p\)-centroid body. The authors study this last notion and its relationship with quermassintegrals, dual quermassintegrals and polar bodies for certain pairs of elements of \(S^n_o\). They obtain some inequalities involving these notions for \(K,L\in S^n_o\) and \(K\subseteq L\).
