This work reports a mathematical model, which takes into account spontaneous epimutations introduced as the diffusion term within the equation for phenotypic distribution density and effects of the oxygen concentration and the concentration of the chemotherapeutic agent modelled as a non-local integral reaction term. The dynamics of control substances is described with partial integro-differential equations too. The introduced model is studied analytically as well as numerically, and the illustrated discussion of phenotypic control is provided.
