The paper under review is directed towards generalising the Kamper-Tondeur construction of characteristic classes, to singular foliations. The author uses the notion of diffeology to construct the required setting, that is, singularly foliated bundles of jets conserved by the flow of the foliation, endowed with singular partial connections. The associated holonomy gives rise to a quotient of the Androulidakis-Skandalis holonomy groupoid.
