    This paper studies quantization of the Poisson structure \(\pi^{\left( m\right) }\) defined on the product space \(\left( N\backslash G\right) ^{m}\) of a principal affine space \(N\backslash G\) associated with the unipotent radical \(N\) of a Borel subgroup \(B\) of a connected and simply connected complex semisimple algebraic group \(G\) with Lie algebra \(\mathfrak{g}\). The author first describes the notion of the \(m\)th polyuble Poisson Lie group \(\left( G^{m},\pi_{st}^{\left( m\right) }\right) \) determined by the Lie bialgebra \(\left( \mathfrak{g}^{m},r_{st}^{\left( m\right) }\right) \) for \(m\geq1\), where \(r_{st}\in\mathfrak{g}\otimes\mathfrak{g}\) is a standard quasitriangular \(r\)-matrix on \(\mathfrak{g}\) and \(r_{st}^{\left( m\right) }\) is the quasitriangular \(r\)-matrix on \(\mathfrak{g}^{m}\) gotten from twisting the diagonal one \(\left( r_{st}\right) ^{m}\) by \(-\sum_{1\leq k<l\leq m}\left( r_{st}\right) _{k,l}\). Here \(\left( r_{st}\right) _{k,l}\in\mathfrak{g}^{m}\wedge\mathfrak{g}^{m}\) is \(r_{st}\) canonically mapped into the \(k\)th and \(l\)th components of \(\mathfrak{g}^{m}\). It is shown that the algebra \(\mathbb{C}\left[ \left( N\backslash G\right) ^{m}\right] \cong\mathbb{C}\left[ N\backslash G\right] ^{\otimes m}\) is a Poisson subalgebra of \(\left( \mathbb{C}\left[ G^{m}\right] ,\left\{ ,\right\} _{r_{st}}^{\left( m\right) }\right) \) for the Poisson bracket \(\left\{ ,\right\} _{r_{st}}^{\left( m\right) }\) induced by \(\pi _{st}^{\left( m\right) }\), and \(\pi_{st}^{\left( m\right) }\) projects to a Poisson structure \(\pi^{\left( m\right) }\) on \(\left( N\backslash G\right) ^{m}\) defining a Poisson algebra \(\left( \mathbb{C}\left[ N\backslash G\right] ^{\otimes m},\left\{ ,\right\} ^{\left( m\right) }\right) \), where the affine coordinate ring \(\mathbb{C}\left[ N\backslash G\right] \) consisting of \(f\in\mathbb{C}\left[ G\right] \) invariant under the left \(N\)-action on \(G\). After recalling the concept of a Hopf algebra \(H\) with a quasitriangular \(R\)-matrix \(R\in H\otimes H\), the author introduces an analogue of the polyuble Lie algebra, by constructing a quasitriangular Hopf algebra \(\left( H_{R}^{\left( m\right) },R^{\left( m\right) }\right) \), called the twisted \(m\)-fold tensor product, from any quasitriangular Hopf algebra \(\left( H,R\right) \). It is also recalled how a quantized universal enveloping algebra \(H\), i.e., a deformation Hopf algebra over \(\mathbb{K}\left[ \left[ \hbar\right] \right] \) with \(H/\hbar H\) isomorphic to the Hopf algebra \(U\left( \mathfrak{g}\right) \), defines a Lie bialgebra structure \(\delta_{\mathfrak{g}}\) on \(\mathfrak{g}\), and how a quasitriangular \(R\)-matrix \(R\) induces a quasitriangular structure \(r\) for \(\left( \mathfrak{g},\delta_{\mathfrak{g}}\right) \). We call \(R\) a quantization of \(r\) and \(H\) a quantization of the Lie bialgebra structure \(\delta_{r}\equiv\delta_{\mathfrak{g}}\). It is shown that \(R^{\left( m\right) }\) is a quantization of \(r^{\left( m\right) }\) and \(H_{R}^{\left( m\right) }\) is a quantization of \(\left( \mathfrak{g}^{m},\delta_{r^{\left( m\right) }}\right) \). Utilizing this result, the author finds a construction of a quantization \(\mathbb{C}_{\hbar}\left[ \left( N\backslash G\right) ^{m}\right] \) of \(\left( \mathbb{C}\left[ N\backslash G\right] ^{\otimes m},\left\{ ,\right\} ^{\left( m\right) }\right) \). Furthermore, as an analogue of the notion of a strongly coisotropic subalgebra \(\mathfrak{u}\) of a Lie bialgebra \(\left( \mathfrak{g},\delta_{\mathfrak{g}}\right) \) characterized by \(\delta_{\mathfrak{g}}\left( \mathfrak{u}\right) \subset\mathfrak{g}\otimes\left[ \mathfrak{u},\mathfrak{u}\right] +\left[ \mathfrak{u},\mathfrak{u}\right] \otimes\mathfrak{g}\), the author introduces the concept of strongly coisotropic subalgebras of a Hopf algebra, and applies it to get another construction of \(\mathbb{C}_{\hbar}\left[ \left( N\backslash G\right) ^{m}\right] \).
