The aim of the present paper is to describe conditional variational formulas for mixed multifractal spectra of Birkhoff averages of countably many observables in terms of the Hausdorff dimension of invariant probability measures for non-uniformly expanding one-dimensional Markov maps with a countable (finite or infinite) number of branches and finitely many neutral periodic points. To this direction by using the above mentioned results the authors managed to exhibit new fractal-geometric results for backward continued fraction expansions of real numbers regarding a question of Pollicot as well as formulas for multi-cusp winding spectra for the Bowen-Series maps associated with finitely generated free Fuchsian groups with the parabolic elements.
