This paper obtains some \(\epsilon\)-regularity criteria for the 3D incompressible Navier-Stokes equations in terms of either the velocity, the gradient of the velocity, and the vorticity, or the deformation tensor in Lorentz spaces, which generalized previous results by \textit{S. Gustafson} et al. [Commun. Math. Phys. 273, No. 1, 161--176 (2007; Zbl 1126.35042)] in Lebesgue spaces. The authors provided a new proof of Poincaré-Sobolev inequality in Lorentz spaces by using Young inequality in Lorentz space rather than the utilization of a median of functions. These regularity criteria are used to derive a generalization of \textit{J. Leray}'s blow up result [Acta Math. 63, 193--248 (1934; JFM 60.0726.05)] and also a bound for the singular points of weak solutions belonging to some Lorentz spaces.
