The article under review concerns the study of the prime spectrum of an associative algebra \(A\) which is assumed to be acted upon by a Hopf algebra \(H\), focusing on a notion of \textit{\(H\)-rationality}, that is rationality for prime ideals of \(A\) that takes account of the \(H\)-action. A topology on the \(H\)-prime spectrum of \(A\) is described as a generalization of the Jacobson-Zariski topology on \(\operatorname{Spec} A\); this topology aims to serve as a potential setup for further investigation on the topological aspects of a Dixmier-Moeglin equivalence in this context.
