On the homotopy theory of equivariant colored operads (Q2106575)

This paper is a component of a large project by the authors on the foundations of \(G\)-equivariant colored infinity operads. This project generalizes papers of Moerdijk-Weiss and Cisinski-Moerdijk on infinity operads. The aim of the present paper is to construct a Quillen model structure on the category of \(G\)-equivariant colored operads enriched in simplicial sets, relative to a suitable family of subgroups of \(G\times \Sigma_n\) (as \(n\) varies). The weak equivalences in this model structure are a variant of the usual Dwyer-Kan equivalences of simplicial operads appearing in [\textit{D.-C. Cisinski} and \textit{I. Moerdijk}, J. Topol. 6, No. 3, 705--756 (2013; Zbl 1291.55005)], but are sensitive to the norm maps present on algebras (see, for instance [\textit{A. J. Blumberg} and \textit{M. A. Hill}, Adv. Math. 285, 658--708 (2015; Zbl 1329.55012)]). In a previous paper [\textit{P. Bonventre} and \textit{L. A. Pereira}, Tunis. J. Math. 4, No. 1, 87--158 (2022; Zbl 1486.18033)] the authors construct analogous model structures in the case when the color set is fixed, and these are assembled together in this paper. In a follow-up paper [\textit{P. Bonventre} and \textit{L. A. Pereira}, J. Topol. 15, No. 2, 745--805 (2022)] a Quillen equivalence is established with a model structure for \(G\)-equivariant infinity operads on equivariant dendroidal sets. The results of this paper also hold for several enriching categories other than simplicial sets, including sets, categories, (pointed or unpointed) topological spaces, and pointed simplicial sets.
