The concept of an F-algebroid structure over a vector bundle was introduced by \textit{J. A. Cruz Morales} and \textit{A. Torres-Gomez} [Arch. Math., Brno 55, No. 2, 109--122 (2019; Zbl 1463.53041)] in order to study F-manifolds in a more general setting. One of the most interesting example of F-manifold is a Frobenius manifold. Moreover, it is known that a Lie algebroid is related to a Lie-Rinehart pair (L-R pair). The purpose of this note is to have a consistent definition of F-R pair, in analogy with the definition of L-R pair within the theory of F-algebras and F-algebras modules. The authors start by defining the category of F-algebras. Then the notion of a module aver an F-algebra is introduced. This paper aims to characterize F-algebras and to relate F-algebroids with F-R pairs. The concept of F-algebroid is also extended by considering super-manifolds instead of manifolds.
