Admissible triplets \((p,q,l)\) with \(1\leq q \leq \infty\) onto quasi-Banach spaces \(\mathcal{B}\) and mixed-norms defined onto variable anisotropic finite atomic Hardy spaces as in the dual possibilities ensure the boundedness of sub-linear operators \(T\) in Hardy spaces are changing the behavior on atoms in principle. The authors consider a very general setting through positive constants related to point to point and to level to level. Indeed, multi-level ellipsoid covers an approximation of identity satisfying sparse and not sparse conditions through three different metrics: the classical isotropic and regular configuration with Euclidian balls for \(\mathbb{R}^{n}\), the more general Bownik's anisotropic semi-continuous ellipsoid cover and its generalization introduced by \textit{S. Dekel} et al. [J. Fourier Anal. Appl. 17, No. 5, 1066--1107 (2011; Zbl 1236.42014)] defining a continuous ellipsoid cover, characterized by a ``shape condition'' in \(\mathbb{R}^{n}\). The Hardy space \(H^{p}(\Theta)\) includes the classical isotropic Hardy space of Fefferman and Stein, parabolic Hardy space of Calderón and Torchinsky and anisotropic Hardy space \(H_{A}^{p}(\mathbb{R}^{n})\) of Bownik as special cases. The computable estimates on classical grouped structures precede the main results showing that the space \(H_{\mathrm{fin}}^{p,q,l}(\Theta)\) is dense in \(H_{q,l}^{p}(\Theta)\) with respect to the quasi-norm \(\left\| \cdot \right\|_{H_{q,l}^{p}(\Theta)}\) for any admissible triplet \((p,q,l)\). Then, comparing two or more minimal integers in \(p\) and \(\Theta\), the authors proved the pointwise equivalence of the grand non-tangential maximal function \(M_{N,\tilde{N}}f\) and the grand radial maximal function \(M_{N,\tilde{N}}^{\circ}f\) of \(f\in \mathcal{S'}\). Finally, the study of results is of great interest and well-expressed.
