It is well known that the interpolation spaces are incredibly important in the study of strict Hölder regularity of solutions for various classes of abstract Cauchy problems. In the paper under review, the authors construct and further investigate the interpolation spaces in terms of fractionally solution operator families. Many useful characterizations of these spaces are given. After that, the authors consider the strict Hölder regularity of mild solutions for a class of fractional order abstract Cauchy problems.
