Viterbo conjectured that the spectral norm between the zero section and any Lagrangian that is Hamiltonian isotopic to the zero section in the unit cotangent bundle of \(T^n\) is bounded. This conjecture was recently solved by \textit{E. Shelukhin} [``Symplectic cohomology and a conjecture of Viterbo'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1904.06798}]. In this paper, the author explain why the analogue for Legendrians do not hold, i.e. there exists a family of pairs of contact isotopic Legendrian \(S^1\) in the contactisation \(DT^*S^1\times \mathbb{R}\), such that the spectral norm of them diverges to infinity. The author also proves that the Legendrian version of the boundary depth bound by \textit{P. Biran} and \textit{O. Cornea} [``Bounds on the Lagrangian spectral metric in cotangent bundles'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:2008.04756}] fails.
