This manuscript deals with isolated complete intersection singularities (ICIS). The authors introduce a new derivation Lie algebra associated to those singularities, which comes from a generalization of the construction of Yau algebra. Then they propose an inequality conjecture for the dimensions of derivation Lie algebras associated to an ICIS, and they verify their conjecture for simple and unimodal ICIS.
