In this paper, based on the \(L^2\) extension theorem proved by Demailly, the authors prove that the log-canonical (lc) measure can replace the Ohsawa measure in the case where the classical Ohsawa-Takegoshi \(L^2\) extension works, with some improvements on the assumptions on the metrics involved. Moreover, the authors improve the result of the purely log-terminal (plt) extension of [\textit{J.-P. Demailly} et al., Acta Math. 210, No. 2, 203--259 (2013; Zbl 1278.14022)]. The divisorially log-terminal (dlt) extension is essential in proving the Abundance Conjecture in algebraic geometry. The authors belief that the lc-measures will play a role in the future proof of the ``dlt extension''.
