In what can be considered as a first part of the paper under review, say [\textit{O. Fujino}, Publ. Res. Inst. Math. Sci. 58, No. 3, 473--526 (2022; Zbl 1504.14093)] the notion of \textit{basic slc-trivial fibration} is introduced. In fact, \(f(X,B) \to Y\) is defined to be a basic slc-trivial fibration if \((X,B)\) is a simple normal crossing pair, \(Y\) a normal irreducible variety, and \(f:X \to Y\) a projective surjective morphism such that the adjoint \(K_X+B\) is \({\mathbb Q}\)-linearly trivial over \(Y\). The study of the so called moduli \({\mathbb Q}\)-\(b\)-divisor on \(Y\) associated to the fibration is important in this theory and it is conjectured (see Conj. 1.2) to be \(b\)-semiample. The main result of the paper under review (cf. Thm. 1.3) states that when such moduli divisor is \(b\)-numerically trivial, then it is \({\mathbb Q}\)-\(b\)-linearly trivial. This result is used to prove (see Cor. 1.4) the \(b\)-semiamplenes of the moduli \({\mathbb Q}\)-\(b\)-divisor when the base space \(Y\) is a curve.
