The author considers the measure differential inclusion \[ -Du(t)\in A(t)u(t)+f\left( t,u(t)\right) \text{ a.e. on }\left[ 0,T\right], \] \[ u(0)=u_{0} \] in a separable Hilbert space, where \(A(t)\) is a maximal monotone operator for each \(t\in\left[ 0,T\right] \), \(A\) is right-continuous with bounded variation, and the perturbation \(f\) is measurable in its first variable, Lipschitz in its second variable and satisfies a growth condition. Existence and uniqueness of a solution that is right-continuous with bounded variation is proven. The author along with co-authors C. Castaing and M. D. P. Monteiro Marques had previously studied the problem in which \(A\) is continuous with bounded variation and the problem in which the domain of \(A\) is ball compact. In [\textit{M. Kunze} and \textit{M. D. P. Monteiro Marques}, Set-Valued Anal. 5, No. 1, 57--72 (1997; Zbl 0880.34017)], this problem was studied without the perturbation term. The Cauchy criterion is used to obtain convergence of a sequence of approximate solutions by applying ideas from the author's previous work and others'.
