In this paper, the observer-based adaptive fuzzy leader-following tracking control problem of a class of high-order stochastic nonlinear multi-agent systems with unknown dead-zone input has been solved. The reduced-order observers have been built to estimate the unmeasured state and reduce computational burden. The fuzzy logic systems have been applied to approximate unknown stochastic interference terms and unknown functions. By using the backstepping method, authors have designed the adaptive fuzzy tracking controllers of high-order multi-agent systems and have proved that all the closed-loop signals are bounded in probability, and the consensus error of the stochastic multi-agent systems can converge to a small neighborhood of the origin with Lyapunov stability theory. The simulation example has illustrated the effectiveness of the designed approach.
