The article concerns the equivalencies (of various classes) of mappings with non-necessary isolated critical points, generalizing the famous Kuiper, Kuo, Bochnak and Łojasiewicz criterion on \(C^{0}\)-sufficiency of jets: \(k\)-jet of a \(C^{k}\)-function \(f:(\mathbb{R}^{n},0)\rightarrow (\mathbb{R},0)\) at \(0\) with an isolated critical point at \(0\) is \(C^{0}\)-sufficient (i.e. each \(g\) with the same \(k\)-jet at \(0\) is topologically equivalent to \(f)\) if and only if \(\left\vert \nabla f(x)\right\vert \geq C\left\vert x\right\vert ^{k-1}\) in a neighbourhood of \(0.\) The authors generalize this theorem to mappings \(F:(\mathbb{R}^{n},0)\rightarrow (\mathbb{R}^{m},0)\) by omitting the assumption on isolated critical point, the norm of the gradient \(\left\vert\nabla f(x)\right\vert \) is replaced by the Rabier function \(\nu (dF)\) of \(dF\) and in the place of the norm \(\left\vert x\right\vert \) of \(x\) they put the distance of \(x\) to the set of critical points of \(F\). The means to do it are sufficient conditions for topological triviality of the deformation \(F+tP,\) \(t\in \lbrack 0,1]\) for mappings \(F,P:\mathbb{R}^{n}\rightarrow \mathbb{R}^{m}\) expressed in terms of the Hörmander-Łojasiewicz inequality \(\nu (dF(x))\geq C\operatorname{dist}(x,Z)/(1+\left\vert x\right\vert^{2})^{k}.\) An important feature of the results is the effectiveness of the estimates.
