Compact Riemannian manifolds have been studied in several classes. Several authors study compact Riemannian with no conjugate points [\textit{D. Burago,} and \textit{S. Ivanov}, Geom. Funct. Anal. 4, 259--269 (1994; Zbl 0808.53038); \textit{J. J. O'Sullivan}, Math. Ann. 210, 295--311 (1974; Zbl 0273.53037); \textit{J. A. Wolf}, Ill. J. Math. 8, 14--18 (1964; Zbl 0126.17702); \textit{P. Eberlein}, Math. Ann. 260, 23--29 (1982; Zbl 0468.57014); \textit{R. Gulliver}, Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 210, 185--201 (1975; Zbl 0281.58008)]. The principal objective in this paper is the generalizations of the splitting theorems of O'Sullivan and Eberlein for manifolds with no focal points and, respectively, nonpositive curvature.
