Leibniz algebras are a generalization of Lie algebras and therefore many results about Lie algebras and methods of investigation are carried ove r to Leibniz algebras. Rigid solvable Lie algebras are well studied. In this paper results on the rigidity of certain class of Leibniz algebras are obtained. This is done in two ways: by describing such Leibniz algebras up to isomorphism, and by using a cohomology sufficient rigidity condition. The quotient algebras of these Leibniz algebras by one-dimensional central ideal are Lie algebras with some parameters. From the other point of view, the nilradicals for these Leibniz algebras are some nilpotent Lie algebras and this nilradicals have codimension \(\le 3\). It is proved that any such Leibniz algebra in case of nilradical codimension equals to 3 is unique and complete. Also it is proved that the second cohomology of these algebras with coefficients in itself is trivial (so these Leibniz algebras are cohomology rigid). To simplify the calculations the proofs are given for a special case of only four parameters and it is claimed that all results are valid for the general case.
