The author proves existence of mild solutions to the first-order semilinear impulsive differential inclusion with nonlocal condition \[\begin{aligned} x^{\prime}(t)\in A(t)x(t)+F(t,x(t)),\ t\in J^{\prime},\\ \Delta x\left( t_{k}\right) =I_{k}\left( x\left( t_{k}\right) \right),\ k=1,2,\dots,m,\\ x(0)=g(x) \end{aligned}\] in a reflexive Banach space \(X\), where 0<\(t_1\)<\(t_2\)<\dots <\(t_m\)<\(b\), \(J^{\prime}=[0,b]\diagdown\left\{ t_{1},t_{2},\dots,t_{m}\right\} \), \(A\) is a family of linear operators, \(F\) is multivalued and \(\Delta x\left(t_{k}\right) \equiv x\left( t_{k}^{+}\right) -x\left( t_{k}^{-}\right)\). \(F\) is assumed to be convex-valued, has a weakly sequentially closed graph and satisfies a boundedness condition, and \(F(\cdot,x)\) has a measurable selection for each \(x\in X\); the \(I_{k}\)'s are weakly continuous and there exist nondecreasing functions \(L_{k}\) such that \(\left\Vert I_{k}(x)\right\Vert \leq L_{k}\left( \left\Vert x\right\Vert \right) \) and \(g\) is assumed to satisfy conditions similar to those for the \(I_{k}\)'s. Compactness is not assumed. The proof is accomplished by applying a fixed point theorem from [\textit{I. L. Glicksberg}, Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 3, 170--174 (1952; Zbl 0046.12103)] and uses a tool found in [\textit{I. Benedetti} et al., Bound. Value Probl. 2013, Paper No. 60, 18 p. (2013; Zbl 1288.34056)] that exploits the weak topology. Theorems involving sublinear and superlinear growth are also proven using the same technique.
