The author studies moduli spaces of quiver representations from the point of view of Geometric Invariant Theory and Kählerian Reduction Theory. As the moduli spaces at hand can be obtained as GIT quotients of Hermitian vector spaces by a reductive group, results of \textit{R. Sjamaar} [Ann. Math. (2) 141, No. 1, 87--129 (1995; Zbl 0827.32030)] on the compatibility of GIT and Symplectic Reduction can be applied to conclude that the curvature form of the natural Hermitian metric on a descended line bundle is smooth along the orbit type stratification, where it coincides with the form obtained by Symplectic Reduction.
