    The paper focuses on the growth of \(\mathrm{TC}_r(X)\), the \(r\)th topological complexity of a space \(X\). The authors define for a rational space \(X\), the rational version of the \(r\)th module topological complexity, \(\mathrm{MTC}_r(X)\). They especially prove for a simply-connected rational space \(X\) of finite rational type, that \[\mathrm{cup}(X; \mathbb Q) \leq \mathrm{MTC}_{r+1}(X) -\mathrm{MTC}_r(X) \leq 2\mathrm{cat}(X), \text{ where } r\geq 2.\] They also define \[\mathcal{F}_X(x):=\sum_{r=1}^{+\infty}\mathrm{MTC}_{r}(X)x^r,\] and prove that if \(\mathrm{cat}(X) = \mathrm{cup}(X; \mathbb Q)\), then \[\mathcal{F}_X(x)= \frac{P(x)}{(1-x)^2}\] where \(P(x)\) is an integer polynomial with \(P(1) = \mathrm{cat}(X)\). In particular, if \(\pi_i(X) = 0\) for \(i\) even. Then \[\mathrm{MTC}_r(X) = \mathrm{TC}_r(X) = (r - 1)\mathrm{cat}(X).\]
