From the authors' abstract: ``We investigate local-global compatibility for cuspidal automorphic representations \(\pi\) for \(\text{GL}_2\) over CM fields \(F\) that are regular algebraic of weight \(0\). We prove (Theorem 1.1) that for a Dirichlet density one set of primes \(l\) and any \(\iota:\overline{\mathbb{Q}}_\iota\xrightarrow {\sim}\mathbb{C}\), the \(l\)-adic Galois representation attached to \(\pi\) and \(\iota\) has nontrivial monodromy at any \(v\nmid\iota\) in \(F\) at which \(\pi\) is special.'' The main ingredient in the proof of Theorem 1.1 is an automorphic lifting theorem proved in a recent paper by \textit{P.B. Allen} et al. [``Potential automorphy over CM fields'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1812.09999}] (recalled in Theorem 2.1).
