Derived categories of Thaddeus pair moduli spaces via \(\mathrm{d}\)-critical flips (Q2232713)

In [\textit{Y. Toda}, ``Birational geometry for d-critical loci and wall-crossing in Calabi-Yau 3-folds'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1805.00182}], the notion of \(d\)-critical flips and flops was introduced for diagrams of Joyce's \(d\)-critical locus [\textit{D. Joyce}, J. Differ. Geom. 101, No. 2, 289--367 (2015; Zbl 1368.14027)] as analogue of usual flips and flops in birational geometry. The paper under review shows that the moduli space \(M^T(r,d)\) of Thaddeus pairs on a curve [\textit{M. Thaddeus}, Invent. Math. 117, No. 2, 317--353 (1994; Zbl 0882.14003)] and the moduli space \(M^{DT}(r,d)\) of dual Thaddeus pairs give rise to \(d\)-critical flips and flops, and also shows the existence of fully-faithful functors between the derived category of coherent sheaves over those moduli spaces. The latter statement can be regarded as a \(d\)-critical analogue of D- and K-equivalence conjecture by \textit{A. Bondal} and \textit{D. Orlov} [``Semiorthogonal decomposition for algebraic varieties'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:alg-geom/9506012}] and \textit{Y. Kawamata} [J. Differ. Geom. 61, No. 1, 147--171 (2002; Zbl 1056.14021)]. The paper also shows that the moduli spaces \(M^T(r,d)\) and \(M^{DT}(r,d)\) are one of the connected components of the torus fixed loci in the moduli spaces of semistable ADHM sheaves and of dual semistable ADHM sheaves introduced by \textit{D. E. Diaconescu} [J. Geom. Phys. 62, No. 4, 763--799 (2012; Zbl 1255.14011)], which means that the obtained \(d\)-critical flips give categorification of wall-crossing formula of Donaldson-Thomas type invariants on ADHM sheaves.
