In the authors' previous work [J. Algebra 285, No. 2, 481-507 (2005; Zbl 1077.57001)], all but two types of Seifert 3-manifold groups over orientable surfaces were shown to be conjugacy separable. \textit{A. Martino} [ibid. 313, No. 2, 773-781 (2007; Zbl 1129.57002)] used topological methods to show that Seifert groups are conjugacy separable. The paper under review considers Seifert 3-manifold groups over non-orientable surfaces. Using algebraic methods, the authors show that such groups are conjugacy separable. Let \(S\) be a subset of a group \(G\). The group is said to be \(S\)-separable if, for each \(x\notin S\) there is a normal subgroup \(N_x\) of finite index in \(G\) such that \(x\notin N_xS\). When \(S=\{1\}\) this property is called residually finite. For any \(x\in G\) let \(\{x\}^G\) denote the conjugacy class of \(x\) in \(G\). If, for every \(x\in G\), the group \(G\) is \(\{x\}^G\)-separable, then \(G\) is said to be conjugacy separable. For a closed non-orientable Seifert surface, the authors use a presentation of the fundamental group, \(G_2(r,s)\), as a generalized free product \(A*_WB\). The main tool is Theorem 2.5 that describes five conditions C1-C5, which, together, imply conjugacy separability for such groups. The bulk of the paper is devoted to showing two of these five properties hold for the groups under consideration.
